All watercolors are
painted on 140 lb. watercolor paper.
To begin

DEPOSIT. First a few photographs will
be needed of your building ( close-up, distance,
different angles ). I will take photos , unless
you provide them. Objects such as
telephone poles, wires, mailboxes etc. will be left out.
Shrubbery, flowers and trees etc. may be added or moved
to balance the layout. A pencil drawing is drawn for your approval before the work progresses.
The painting will then be finished, ( about 2-3 weeks after
approval )The final product is delivered.
